.
A signature Hudson's on the Bend approach, the good folks at the Mighty Cone batter and fry the chicken and avocado in a crunchy sesame seed-almond-arbol-chili-flake-sea salt-sugar-and-cornflake concoction, then bundle it up in a flour tortilla, and finish it with a generous helping of Hudson's "secret ancho sauce."
Here is a cool link I wanted to share....a breakdown of the food truck culture in Austin!

I was so pleasently surprised with Ausin's food scene. My inner foodie was quite pleased when I learned that there were over 200 restuarants to choose from in the Austin area. You can find anything from five star restuarnats down to a food cart park. The wide range of options are accompanied by both unqiue restaurants and innovative chefs in the area. Having so many places to chose from was dificult but I am so pleased with my meal and service tonight at Aquarelle Resturant in downtown Austin. I was greeting with warm Southern Hospitality from the wait staff that made my time there very relaxing and rewarding. The food did not disapoint. My waiter recommended the stuffed mushrooms and his suggestion was spot on. Most delicous stuffed mushrooms I have ever tasted and I was impressed by the freshness of ingredients. I highly recommend considering Austin as a foodie destination as they truely have a unqiue and broad range of restaurants.
